No Sound from Performer?

  • Verify Performer meters are not stuck at maximum, indicating no connection to SoundCaster, and are responsive to the streaming audio.
  • Verify Performer device’s volume is turned all the way up.
  • Verify Performer Master mute is disabled.
  • Verify Performer Master volume is turned all the way up.
  • Verify Performer Band and Me volumes are turned all the way up.
  • Verify no instruments are in Solo mode on Performer.
  • Verify no relevant instruments are in Mute mode on Performer.
  • Verify earphones/headphones are functioning correctly and are connected well.
  • Verify other Performers are playing audio OK.
  • Verify SoundCaster has an input device selected and is receiving audio OK. Use Input Monitoring feature.
  • Verify Performer connection is enabled in SoundCaster’s device panel.
